Frequently asked

Honest answers. Including the gaps.

How do you prevent vote rigging?
TubeRaker clusters votes by IP, fingerprints devices, scores velocity, and flags brand-new accounts. Suspicious clusters are surfaced in the Integrity Summary section of the Intelligence Report so the brand can show the integrity work was done -- not just claim it.
What's a Sponsor Recap?
It's the final section of the Competition Intelligence Report: a sponsor-facing recap that reads like a media-buy report — entries, audience, integrity numbers, and the winner rationale, in the format a sponsor will actually read. See a sample at /sample-report.
How long does a typical contest take to run?
Most brand UGC contests run 14 to 30 days from launch to winner announcement. The Intelligence Report ships within 48 hours of contest close.
Can I integrate with my CRM?
We have webhook plus CSV export today. Native Salesforce integration is on our 2026 roadmap; if you need direct Salesforce today, that's not us yet — Submittable is closer to your fit.
What if I don't run video competitions?
Then TubeRaker isn't the right tool. See our honest comparison page at /compare for tools closer to your workflow.
Multi-language support?
English-only today. If you need 25-language support out of the box, Woobox or Gleam are closer to your fit. We're focused on the English-speaking brand market for 2026.
